Our drills have an MC of around $100m
Our secured funding has a value of over $100m (or close to it I think when you include the $20m?) - may as well consider this a cash position for what it's worth, the liability attached is either interest on a loan or dilution for issues of shares at a PREMIUM, so it's a bloody great line of credit sitting there for us - and if you compare it to the alternative CRs which would have come at a DISCOUNT and promised earlier and stronger dilution, it's a pretty good 'cash position' to be in.
So that's $200, Okay i'll give you $50m for equipment depreciation etc etc...
...and you haven't even scratch the surface ... need to also factor the value of the assets (AK, and the other licenses), and then the additional 'speculative' value for outlook on what this could become... (again, AK, and the other licenses).
$50m+ is where we should easily be now IMO, $100m+ is going to be cheap when the dust settles. 150-200m+ is completely not out of the question (and if we get excessive hype as these stocks tend to do, the 'high' could be well above $200m before it comes back to find a home - where it finally rests (I would think $150m+ comfortably...but maybe higher) is anyone's guess and will depend on progress of other projects, as well as speed of DFS, then expect it to lift of the 'home base' when DFS is nearing, then rinse and set a whole new layer of targets for when we go to mine... followed by more re-rates, spikes, and dust settling lol..
This is at bare minimum 2 bags in this when AK goes through and we re-rate (as per previous posts might day a day, week, month to get there and it will be choppy with games)... more likely it' an easy 3 bags... but 4-5 bags is where i'm pegging this right now (or more when we're on the 'peak' of whatever our craziest day is in the next 6 months).
That's the outlook here IMO, and those who are accumulating are taking advantage of hesitation in the market and the general fact that VEC is not a very highly viewed or discussed stock so not on many peoples radar.
All IMO, the RvR here is staggering.
