Expensivetreatments and drugs administered in expensive hospitals only by expensivedoctors has become the only legal medical option for cancer treatment. That's the systemic corrupt farce which is the cut-burn-poison dogma of cancer treatment.
And forget about cancerprevention. Why would they want to prevent a disease that makes them billionsannually and supports their industry, careers and legitimacy?
The more wespend on cancer research, the more people get cancer and the more people die from cancer. Why is this?
What about the latest expensive fade immunotherapy? There's some 800 clinical trails underway using immunotherapy drugs but the initial results do not justify the hype. Immunotherapy drugs current trails estimate that only 8% of cancer patients will get any benefit in terms of tumor shrinkage or delayed cancer progression. And the health risks of immunotherapy drugs can be just as severe and life threatening as chemo drugs. Patients in trials have died from reactions to immunotherapy drugs. And the cost of treatment is astronomical!
One recent trial combining Yervoy and Opdivo to treat patients with melanoma reported an increased median progression-free survival of 11.5 months at a cost of nearly US$300,000 per patient. And 65% of patients in the trial had to stop treatment due to drug toxicity, disease progression or death (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26398076).
Another immunotherapy drug, Keytruda, is estimated to cost as much as US$1 million per year, per patient. Merck and Bristol-Myers Squibb sold almost $9 billion in immunotherapy drugs between 2015-2017 alone.
The drug makers, as usual, are literally making a killing!
