Wbt can raise more than 1 million if they desire.
My take is that they've granted the extension to allow everyone on board (no complaints later) before they drop the big one and the share price goes bunta.
Everblu would probably rather as few as possible to take it up at 3.5c, cause less profit taking on the way up.
