@Deadfred, if this was a cap raise  for "sophs" or :mates" you would have every right to feel cynical and angry, but this is cr is for shareholders and so you would hope that they are thinking that at 0.001, it gives a chance for shareholders to recoup some of their losses.

lets be honest, the current projects have failed to deliver so far, but at 0.002, mrd has a market cap less than some shells, and we will have nearly $2 mill in the bank.

its possible maybe even probable that management may be looking at a new project, and if they get into the right areas well we all should be able to "do ok" imo.......
