    its a spec stock, there are never any guarantees/certainty... otherwise we would be paying alot more.


    GPP was total greenfields, this is within 20km of the worlds largest Hard Rock Li (Spod) resource.


    Plenty of things frustrate me about this company but quality of location is not one.
