How does the ARENA funding work. Do they cover the abbotiors cost of implementing / trialling it or do they cover RNE' s cost of building it. I had assumed the abbotiors cost as RNE will get the ongoing revenue from the project.
If my assumption is correct, wouldn't it be better if this second project wasn't funded by ARENA and they were just doing it as it is commercially viable?
