interesting aburbe. hadn't seen that one. I completely understand the need for the InvestIgator to be removed from enrolment and administration of the trial. I don't see how a macro-level interim report on progress back to the investigator affects implementation. At a minimum you'd expect BOT to get an interim report showing the differential between active and placebo groups. without a clear difference there would be no point continuing the study.
