Are you guys seriously asking that question. The 1m options issued to each director upon their appointment have a strike price of 70c. They are therefore worth absolutely nothing at the moment.
In fact, receiving 70c options when the current SP is less than half that shows that Magnis directors come on board not with the intention to pass time and milk shareholders, but to make things happen.
If you guys are so poor that you need to attend an AGM in order to have a decent lunch, just let us know, I’m sure we can all pass around the hat and gather up pocket change for you.
