I just don't regard tax as theft. And the situation in which you get a cheque from the government so that zero net tax is paid is:

1. Unique in the world
2. Grossly unfair

But you want hospitals, roads and services right? No worries, someone else can pay.

The situation In which some poor wage slob on $40K pays tax and those lIvIng off investments pay no tax and then receive a cheque for any tax their invested companies paid is a joke. And the fact that Shorten has pledged to protect those at the low end and you're stIll bleating tells me you're among those that benefit most egregiously. The proposed change would Impact me too but I still think it's fair. Save me the self entItled drivel of what an Injustice it is that you may not receive a cheque for tax you never paid on top of your zero tax year.

You've made your point. I've had my say also. If you want to go on wIth thIs I suggest you start a thread entItled "FrankIng Credit Refunds" because thIs Isnt even about the credIts, Its the refunds that are proposed to change.

This thread is "HeadIng Down". I don't thInk WBC is goIng down much further short term but I thInk there'll be a chance to pIck it up for under $25 wIthin the next 24 months.
