I don't agree. I think it is as reasonable for shareholders to get the same reward as the directors are rewarding themselves.
In addition to salaries and expenses they want extra rewards. I am suggesting that long suffering shareholders should not have to accept further dilution of their shareholding without also getting some reward or compensation for the time they have waited for some return. What is good for the goose should be good for the gander.
