Also one thing I may add to the audited financial statements not being lodged as yet;
being a Chartered Accountant and an ex Audit Manager in one of the big firm, delay in signing off an
audit report due to not obtaining an external loan confirmation of a material amount has happened many times in my career as an Auditor...
