Included in that are $195k in one-off M&A costs & 100k in staff bonuses which are annual... so Normalised Positive Cash Flow is really $561k for the qtr!
$2.8m Cash at end of Qtr - so no CR risk at all - dismissing some fears of a CR being required post merger

ALC has finally turned the corner & the new merged entity is absolutely investment grade
