Shorts are one thing, but LT holders selling is an entirely worse proposition for a company. Take AL Capital for instance, they bought ~5% of Magnis for $11.1m ($0.37/share) less than 5 weeks ago and part of the reason for their investment was because they thought ‘battery projects and their technological capabilities that are currently in development are well advanced with global scaling’.
I’m curious to know what they feel about the TerraE news, whether or not they care at all? They bought additional shares after their initial ~5% purchase so they could well dictate the next move, be it up, sideways, or down.
