Easy... the AR says VIC has $800k left in bank. If VIC does nothing and just pay director fees and administration costs, that would be about $750k based on 2017-18 financial statements. That amount could last another 12 months without a CR even if the directors did nothing. Which at that time would entitle shareholders to take class action against the Directors personally for acting NOT in the best interest of the company.
