An AGM annoucement is out, and they intend to try and secure some funds at 90c a share in December.
I would think they are hoping for a decent run to a $1- per share by then and allow some interested companies to buy a bit of a Stake in CPV.
Because I would think if a Big Company was going to sign a deal with CPV, they would be nuts to not ask for some shares at a 5% discount to Market BEFORE Clearvue announces the deal.
This type of Carrot, is something Ive seen other companies do and it sent a Rocket up the shareprice of those.
Announcing Cash inflows from a sale of shares , and also doing a Big Commercial deal with that Company that was the Investor in the same annoucment.
This is what Ive seen other companies do and its a win win, the company buys a stake at a 5% discount to market and then does a Commercial deal with that company, so it automatically makes the return on investment.
Its the way smart Companies operate, and I think CPV is very smart.
All in my opinion.
