@prawn_man,
Have been meaning to get back to you but haven't finished reading as my children's school holidays and what have you, have taken up most of my time.
As for Chris's comment:
"We are looking at the detail of the magnetics in the area to see if such a structure exists."
The first image shows a discrete magnetic structure running northish/southish (with an indication that a little bit of mining/excavation took place as per the crossed pick (directly above the "7" in EL8076 or if you like at 8 O'Clock to the word Copper Blow (or is it 7-30?)
This second image has the Dipole-Dipole IP, Gradient Array IP and Gravity
This third image has the anomalies "A" and "B" of the greater South East anomaly. Drill hole #72 pierced the structure some 350 south of that "A" anomaly at an azimuth of 113 Deg (approx 4 O'Clock). Thus the pierce point is approx at the end of the words "Anomalous Rock Sample" (the one indicating 30614) which seems to indicate that Gravity was the driving force behind the position they picked for the first hole into this structure.
This image has the Drill hole #18CB072 pierce point
If as has been indicated that the Gravity anomalies indicate mafic volcanics, then the Northern area has both that and the Copper Blow Shear Zone going through it, so I guess it makes sense to follow up there next. I think they have circa $800k in the kitty.
It will be most interesting to see if there is any Au in hole #72 and if so, is it tied up in the pyrite or the chalcopyrite. It could make a big difference on which way that turns out.
I'll get back to you about the other stuff once I get on top of the school holidays.
MI
