If BOT could have raised capital above 11c I’m sure they would have, so IMO that’s what the investors were willing to pay.
No money, no progress.
No news, no price lift.
The company itself is further progressed in the studies but is fundamentally no different. If you hold on then great, but if you need to liquidate and chase other opportunities then that’s what will happen.
