so now can someone tell me if the numbers are over 5% if so, why was no substantial shareholder notice lodged? leo via bejjal and gun capital controlled over 10% when they exercised/underwrote the oppies? am i reading that wrong?

what about the trading in between? each buy/sell would have required a notice.

good to see that these shady deals hidden behind noms companies are coming to the fore ......
