You're not taking much in are you. The average right now is ~40g/t. A 50% markup is 2oz/t.

I already explained above how the mined grades can increase:-

1. they will mine the highest grade patches first;
2. optimisation of the extraction process will see a big increase in reported grades.

A lot of the results we've seen will be from tests that failed to recover much gold because it's experimental. Some recoveries will have been only 10-50% of the true grade. There is potential for massive upgrades to suboptimal results when they perfect the extraction process, e.g. 20g/t @ 20% recovery --> 90g/t @ 90% recovery (450% markup).

Also, when was a gold grade distribution ever homogeneous? You've proven your ignorance there.
