So right , I believe I , along with many others hold a few hundred shares from the spin-off. 1 for 2 issue means I can purchase $17 worth in the rights issue!!! Please explain. ? I would ask surely management has a handle on number of shareholders and average holdings. Therefore why go about raising money this way? They could have opened this up completely and maybe still be struggling for interested shareholders .
