I think it’s fair to use the term “ore grade” in connection with the results if you are confident the metallurgical assay technique contains no fatal errors but using the term “ore” is unacceptable until the costs of the extraction process are fully disclosed.

I wouldn’t necessarily need a JORC resource to be convinced, but I’m not a buyer until they disclose the costs or at minimum get a pilot plant running with a positive cash flow. Esh
