This looks like an initial road picture to me : map shows not far at all from digging at San Jorge , to good natural offtake Dock area , as planned & full government development approvals completed with EIS approval , March this year finally . Literally there is nothing stopping the people getting moving on SJ

I think they must have the bulldozer and basic equipment swung into use , hope all enjoying -
