Firstly i don't know where or how you calculated $200K. I think you're mistaken. 

If the deal doesn't go ahead a large part of the deposit is refundable, only about $130K of the $800k isn't. 

I don't know if they will be able to find enough interest for a CR at 1.3 cents. New buyers will want to know what is happening with projects moving forward. 

At $8M MCap though , guess what. We are a bloody attractive for someone to buy us out or majority stake, that is cashed up to get this project going!!!!
