What about a weekly update on the web site, with ;
- timeline to implementation of B2b services. (and outstanding issues to be resolved on each item)
- subscribers numbers of each B2b.
- list of content available to each B2b.
- Number of servers/ subscribers each system can cope with.

those are the tangibles. Everything else is fluff. Or illusion.

If the subscriber numbers are at zero, then there is something of a cracked mirror we look through.
