I see Lees has accepted with Frankely Awesome in the Spring Champion Stakes (2000mtrs) on Saturday around 8's in the Betting. Big jump up in class (from only 2Starts) though and a Trainer with Lees standing wouldn't do it unless the Horse had heaps of ability.
Bred in the purple and 2000mtrs should be right up its alley.
Having an E/W on it as it's a big ask for the horse to win unless we have another budding Champion emerging. If not this campaign then the next????

Interesting race 1/2 doz chances..
How bout this for a roughie ...Taken Randwick R8 Red Chandelier 0dds boosted Ladb to $400w ($46 the place)....think I’ve bet on worst roughies...Cummings must have bought into this fairly recently...so must have seen something..bloodlines?..obviously trying to get its value up as a brood mare...hope he’s successful ...
