I should just clarify I didn't mean that legal action would occur again (your spot on after the Perpetual disaster that won't be happening any time soon) but I wouldn't be surprised to see someone like a Wilson (just to throw a name out there) buy a stake in BKW and start agitating for change again. If they can make the case that BKW is worth more "dead than alive" then I wouldn't be totally shocked if BKW ended up distributing the SOL shares out to their shareholders to "unlock value" or some arrangement like that. I have actually felt for a while that BKW just need to articulate their investment case better and I have noticed signs of that in their recent presentations. A few years ago the communication of both SOL and BKW was appalling and I think that was a bit contributer to the value gap. As to why the market has suddenly fallen in love with SOL and not BKW I'm a little unsure. This is coming from a very happy shareholder in both. I have around 30 percent of my portfolio in either SOL or BKW
