IMO - those who wanted to top up - have already top up. As @ZMan mentioned, people were buying above 0.046. Now suddenly as the big buyer left for whatever reason, a gap in buyers depth became visible, if this big buyer were not there, those buyers should be in their natural lines now. I have topped up recently above 0.046 and will buy again next Wednesday. Unfortunately I don't have money right now to buy - even it looks so juicy to @chaddy36.
