CCA really needed to take the IVY deal to get some cash which was also locked in at a much higher share price. It also would have given the stock price some confidence and given more options to raise funds in the future.

I think a lot of people bought CCA expecting the IVY deal to happen. Now CCA is up a creek without a paddle with the current share price. A pump in IVY may be their only hope at this point.

The only ones who came out of this well are the IVY team who have all the cash and IVY business and tokens and aren't locked into CCA shares at a lot higher price.

CCA managment could not have done any worse over the past 6 months. All self inflicted
