IMHO I think it's pretty obvious where the money is going to come from....

- New board member.

He would have been approached for further financial assistance and part of his conditions and ongoing due diligence was requiring a board seat. He may also have other staff of his become Involved.

IMHO - this is the only good thing happening right now. Someone who wont be a 'yes' man to RM and will slow / stop some of the ridiculous spending that has been occurring. He may also help bring some business acumen to this company.
