I have to agree with this assessment. If the board and the major shareholder are in disagreement over the direction the company should be going then something needs to change. Hawke's point exiting seems unlikely at this point so there will need to be changes at the board level.
One thought is that Hawke's Point know the only alternative is a massively dilutive CR. They won't care as they will be participating in this CR - the losers will be the small shareholders who will be diluted to oblivion.
