    Really disappointed the company went into debt to fund the correct communications earn out. There was no need too. Just issue shares and keep the cash. I know why cnw went into more debt, and that was to make sure Mr wier stays under the 5% threshold and not show anybody if he is selling don't like it one bit. This smells now, I'm out at next rise
