Parama Capital P/L is supposedly a subsidiary of Parama Capital Inc,(a company formed about the same time as the P/L namesake). But yet again this is where the rot starts once again, a subsidiary is a company having more than 1/2 of its stock owned by another company, this is not the case of the P/L company there is only one shareholder and one director(Mr.P) according to a current ASIC extract.

Then into the mix is a logistics company and Blue Rock. Of interest the core focuses are two fold direct capital to fund development projects and lo and behold deploy capital into primary and secondary buyouts with minimal operational turnarounds. Big question here is what are the BOD actually up to, will not be in the best interests of ALL shareholders as has been proven in their previous business dealings.

When I read the above it makes me think of so called “Death Spiral Finance”
