"They have 15000m of drilling" to do is baseless.

They do not necessarily have to do the same meterage of drilling as Focus.

If a geologist understands the system under the ground, they know where to drill to prove up the resource. That is also discounting any improvements in tech in the 5-7 years since focus was drilling.

I would be happy if they could prove up a graphite resource that the market values at >$50m without worrying about production, personally. It will take a few good hits.
