Great Panther and one of their major shareholders Smith and Co now have around 23% of Bdr shares ...this is a blocking stake to any other suitor...this merger is very close to a done deal...I now like the deal after having a good look at Great Panther..if you believe silver has plenty of upside in the future too it's a good share to hold...the extra cash from the combined company should be more then sufficent to turn Tucano into a profitable operation once mill upgrades are finally completed...on time and on budget...geez....it's going to be a lot about future dilling results as well imo....
