Why is everybody hellbent on saying one technology will be the so much better than another and we should seriously consider market competition or our peril may appear to be met?
I'm sure there are many products that will be 80% similar & technologically advanced but the market worldwide is mind blowing for glass products.
We could compare glass or window companies to the automobile industry where dozens of manufacturers exist very profitably.
The thing with glass windows, skylights or whatever glass products you imagine.....
there are a hundred times more glass products for every automobile and every automobile has at least 1 windscreen.....I'd hazard a guess.
I'd say CPV has a better than even chance of succeeding in the window/ glass market
