Where is the issue here??? Are you kidding raider?
For a start, this is very big news for SER. Water filtration using this new graphite technology GLOBALLY would be of enormous importance to not only Ist world countries, but also 2nd and 3rd world emerging economies.
In turn the growth effects for SER are huge.
This is very important news for our company, and these directors have no right to not disclose, since CLQ have made this publically known via ASX announcement,.This is SER Ionic, if this was released, we have a JV for our product by a large company namely CLQ, the flow on effects would mean a substantially higher share price, meaning many more options available for SER.
SER need to be made aware of their disclosure responsibilities, some companies never stop announcing rubbish, yet here we have SER, on the brink of huge things, and not a whisper to the market, yet I find this put by our newly formed JV company CLQ.
Simply not good enough.
