Hazer (HZR) has a process for making hydrogen. It uses gas and and iron ore as a catalyst and producers hydrogen and graphite as a result.
Gas would not be something Vic govt is into however. They would rather face the screaming pissed off Victorian denizens, who broke and unable to see out their windows/get to sleep to properly, will eventually rest easy in the warm ignorance of a lignite Christmas.
Beyond the god damn beyonds.
