It's premature to put a value on Officer Hill. We don't have recent exploration data available yet or an exploration target. We can assume Newmont are looking for a sizeable deposit though. You also need to think about possible scenarios for what would happen to the JV down the track - would the asset be bought out by Newmont for example or would Nova retain a stake.

My most recent Estelle estimates were in this thread and gave a 6 month target of $0.054 to $0.132. The estimates are of course dependent on general gold market sentiment. It would also be better to use a larger number of peers. They have not been adjusted for dilution.

I think my most recent Thompson Bros estimates were in this post, an error in the summary though ($0.0125 instead of $0.125) ! Targets were $0.07 as a 6-month target and $0.125 as 9-12 month target.

Of course they depend on sector sentiment for the various resources, achieving exploration targets/objectives and of course management performance for project development and marketing. Dilution from a capital raises also needs to be factored in, so these estimates should be shaved.
