Ann: Trading Halt, page-46

This has been coming for a while and probably holding investors out and SP down.  Now funded beyond DFS, offtake and to the next raising at valuation based on discount to NPV.

Maybe this dilutes us 10 or 20%? Find out soon but whatever it is TMT is now bound to attract significantly more interest.

I assume these were the investors onsite over the weekend @alecfra?

I love the timing, gives us a couple of days to absorb the incredible shot in the arm our valuation was given today.  Might not get to pull the PFS apart for an hour or three but based on the headlines I can't wait
