disagree on Norges..they've been doing this for years ...becoming substantial holder....then ceasing to be substantial holder...returning collateral ect. it has been talked about for years as well that they do it regularly.
agree on T/O they need to beef up the resources and best target would be PEX atm (17% currently) ..also the neighbours (Cobar) Aurelia AMI both sitting on significant lodes.
