My guess would be that it's positive. I'm sure it's water tight, but I guess management also wanted to be doubly sure nothing leaked. The fact that there was no volume the last few days, I think is proof that there's no leak.
I'm already far too overweight in this stock otherwise I would have subscribed a lot more in the CR. Dreaming that S32 will help find the mother lode.
