Read page 9. I’m not seeing how Arafura is a below grade deposit in size and quality of Pr/Nd and guess what? There’ll be more drilling scheduled in the future so that resource size is not done - like I said +30year deposit.
You also seem to forget this is no one trick pony: the plant will produce phosphoric acid as well which should be a nice little bonus commodity to sell to bring in extra revenue on the side.

Get back to reality - Pr/Nd demand will skyrocket under EV demand - current supply won’t suffice. More mines must come online otherwise prices will kill the market.
