how could ANZ call back the shares from the sales ? They are selling on the market, if they sell them they are sold. I bought some shares apparently being sold on behalf of ANZ the other day, no special terms of sale to say ANZ could buy them back.
If they lose the court case, ANZ "might" have to buy shares on market to return them. But they won't be able to reverse the sales they have done this week.
