Not yet, but getting close! Technically $11.50, according to a tech wallah chum of mine, is a major resistance level. But if we close above there it could be interesting. There is no reason for PME to have moved so far today other than accumulation. It's a non-leaky ship, never has been in the five years I've been invested.
