3m of coal really ain't the holy grail. This could easily go into purgatory. Ironbark and Gilbert gully were both written off by origin which had similar if not better coal seem properties plus way closer to existing infrastructure.
I wouldn't put the house on this. Alot of fast money. Blink after a bad announcement and it will back to sub 10c. Imho
