I'm not sure why alarm bells are ringing with this quote:
“Silver metal was added to the smelt in flux A in this sample (TERC-006, 26-28 metres) to test whether this would aid the extraction of gold into the copper bar. The levels of silver recovered for this sample were below the quantity of silver added.”
Why would that be a problem? The OPERATIVE word was 'to test'. It is CLEAR that BBX is testing and experimenting with different methods, and they are being down-ramped because they tell you what they are testing or trialling?
To me, it seems like the company is being as open and honest as they can about what they are doing.
There are probably so many damn tests going on that it's pointless to give you all of the economic / detail.
They will do so, once they have landed on a final stance. That's going to be a either:
"hey we tried, and we failed, it's not possible to do this"
OR
"we tried, and we succeeded AND here's the data you need to run your economic models for world peace"
CAN WE PLEASE STOP ASSESSING AN UNFINISHEDPROCESS?
Out of interest, for all of our sake, can all of you go read about the wright brothers and how they first managed to achieve powered flight. It was a big project that they broke down in to small bits and created a method to fail quickly so they could select what worked best. (IE Tested many different wing configurations in a wind-less tunnel). They experimented AND used empirical data analysis to get it right. AND NOW LOOK WHERE WE ARE 100 YEARS LATER.
