    Will be interesting to see margins from these deals COZ has locked in. What proportion of these deals with Woodside etc will be realised this financial year? I suspect 08/09 we'll see a bigger proportion than this FY. The majority of revenues are realised in the first few years according to their announcements. The ongoing management deals are an excellent method of locking in long term, predictable revenues - banks and investors alike love that sort of certainty.

    As some have pointed out previously on HC, the price of food is sky rocketing and farmers will no doubt seek to optimise use of their fields and COZ may find it hard to compete for the same space to plant their mallee trees. However there must be plenty of space at the periphery of those fields for COZ to put its foot on? Australia is a very big place and an awful lot of land has been cleared - even if only 5% of it is unsuitable for food crops COZ may not have to compete for space for quite some time. My thoughts only, not investment bible!
