When people stop having children, then there will be a no organic growth in childcare.
I dont know about the merits of child care centres not having any children so I cant speak about how good one centre or chain of centres is compared to others. However I do know that most local government community centres are being closed down simply becuse they are too expensive for the ratepayers to run and even many of the church run childcare centres are closing down simply due to the cost.
If we did have compulsory in house corporate childcare then perhaps there would not be a need for chains like ABC. However I seriously doubt that as many companies would outsource the childcare. So to whom would they look to, childcare chains such as ABC.
Like it or not childcare centres like ABC are here to stay and be part of childrens' lives.
What those in the industry think is irrelevant, its those who pay for the services are the ones we need to consider.
This of course is my opinion for whatever its worth (not much I think)
