Not sure where your research on 1pg has stopped so I'll do a summarised version.
1PG has now been de-listed. It is expected to list on the TSX (Canadian stock exchange) some time in the future.
You will then receive a share certificate and if you do want to trade it on the TSX, you will need to find a broker who has that capacity. I have heard that most brokers (depending on who you broker with) will activate the international facility for you upon request.
Or you can sell your shares at $0.165 through Canaccord. Merchant has worked out a deal (albeit at a low price) to helpfully! take your shares from you, if you are impatient.
And no, no one knows the timing of when it will list on the TSX. Hope this helps.
