IMO, you won't see the SP move significantly until institutional or "sophisticated" investors come on board, and they won't buy in until LTR are further down the track with turning their current potential into something that generates cash. Right now LTR are tracking well on paper, but to snap up a significant amount of shares and move the price you have to ask "so what?". They're definitely moving in the right direction but, again IMHO, LTR still have a bit further to go to get to a revenue producing operation and really become attractive to significant SP movers.
Until then it's small parcels moving back and forth between minnow holders like us looking for a bargain around the ~3c mark.
